Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to your distributor account and every order placed on sacvin.com.

Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all orders placed on sacvin.com and to use of the site. By opening an account or placing an order, you accept them on behalf of your business. They are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

SACVIN Nigeria Limited, RC 41859, registered office at 43/49 Apapa-Oshodi Express Way, Oshodi, Lagos, Nigeria.

2. ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
  • This site is for registered businesses buying SACVIN products for resale or business use.
  • The person opening the account must be authorised to act for the business.
  • We may ask for business documents, such as your CAC certificate and TIN, before activating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for orders placed through your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.
3. ORDERS AND CONTRACTS
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email.
  • We may decline an order, for example because of stock availability, a pricing error or the status of your account.
  • Products are sold in the master packs and mini packs shown on each listing.
  • Multicolour packs contain a mix of colours, and the exact mix can vary from carton to carton. Product photos are for illustration, and actual colours may differ slightly.
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order, unless we say otherwise.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Distributor prices may depend on your account tier and any agreed discounts. You pay the price shown when you confirm your order.
  • We accept payment through Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD, mobile money). SACVIN never stores card details.
  • Duplicate or failed-order charges are refunded within 5 working days of verification.
5. DELIVERY
  • We do not deliver orders. You, or a transporter you appoint, collect them from our warehouse closest to you.
  • We will let you know when your order is ready. Please collect it within 4 working days.
  • Collection hours are Mondays to Saturdays. The person collecting must bring the order number.
  • Count the items and check them for visible damage before you sign the collection note. Once the note is signed, the goods are your responsibility. Ownership passes to you once the goods are paid for in full.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage after the goods leave our premises, including while they are with a transporter you arranged.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Distributor orders are bought in bulk, so we do not accept returns because you have changed your mind. We accept claims only for goods that are short, damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

7. RESELLING SACVIN PRODUCTS
  • You may resell SACVIN products in their original packaging.
  • You must not remove or alter labels, barcodes or batch codes, or repackage products as another brand.
  • You may use the SACVIN name, logo and product images to promote the products you sell, as long as you follow the brand guidance we provide.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on all SACVIN websites, including product images, text, logos and trademarks, belongs to SACVIN Nigeria Limited or its licensors. The SACVIN name, the elephant logo and the tagline "From Plastics to Possibilities" and “Unlock the magic in everyday plastics” are trademarks. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except as allowed in section 7.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of resale opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

10. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be handled through good-faith negotiation, then referred to the courts of Lagos State. Material changes to these Terms will be announced on the website before taking effect. Each order is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed.
